Thus, it is crucial that you, the Buyer, have your own agent who has your back, i.e. is dedicated to your interest alone, who will be your negotiator, advisor and defender, who has the legal fiduciary duty to you, unlike the listing agent, w only owes you a duty of good faith and is, first and foremost, dedicated to the seller. In other words, when you are the buyer, the seller’s agent is not on your side.

We will advise you on pricing so that you can obtain your desired price in the shortest amount of time. We can recommend stagers and tradespeople to enhance your property for sale. And, of course, we`ll apply all the skills and training we`ve acquired over the years to handle your negotiations with the Buyer.
